Need some translatations from German to English (NNC, NZC)

Sorry for the non related post, but being that there are folks on these
lists from all over the worls, I figured this was the best place to start.

I'm am trying to translate some song titles from a CD my friend has.
Another friend of his burned this CD of Rammstein, a German band, and all of
the songs are in German.  The CD has CD Text, so I have the song titles in
German.  Here is the track titles.  If you can translate them for me, I'd
appreciate it.  Also the band's name.  Many thanks in advance.
