Hey Jeremy --

I don't think being a straight girl would have anything to do with this
choice at all. I would always pick going back to see Zeppelin no matter what
the other choice was. You could put any name in place of Britney -- like Mel
Gibson (!!) -- for girls to pick from and my answer would be the same. As
you know, I am not old enough to have seen them for myself. Even if I had
seen them, I am sure I would want to go back! If you wanted to make it tough
for me the question would be: One night with Jimmy Page or one Zeppelin
concert of my choice. THAT would be tough.

There have been plenty of female singers that I have liked to listen to that
even as a "straight girl" I thought were very attractive or sexy. (Don't get
too excited boys...girls can actually say things like that WITHOUT it being
sexual!) If you wanted to go crazy and put one night with a really talented,
sexy female singer against some group like the Backstreet Boys...even I would
choose the female singer in that case.

Now, in my opinion, Britney doesn't fall under either of those categories.
She is completely trashy and can't sing a note. To me, she sounds like a
frog. Her covers of songs like "Satisfaction" and "I Love Rock and Roll"
make me ill. I am sick of seeing her face on TV, on magazine covers and her
"singing" coming from my daughter's CD player. Thank God that I have plenty
of Zeppelin to drown out that crap. Oh, and if I have offended any die hard
Britney fans on this list -- feel free to flame me. I haven't had a good
laugh yet today.

And before I forget....

Nech -- I liked your tale of Britney and time travel. I am curious
though...after experiencing Zeppelin in 1969, I wonder what kind of opinion
she would have of her precious Justin and the rest of his ....um..... "band"
then?

I think that "Led Zeppelin Live at Carnegie Hall" would make a great title
for an official release!!!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!!
