I don't know if that one is out there, but I know you should be able to find 
MP3s of Page jamming with Aerosmith on Train at both the Marquee Club and 
Donnington in 1990.  Page jams with Aerosmith on Immigrant Song (among other 
songs) at the Marquee Club gig as well.
