SHN Server downtime & account reapplication

The SHN FTP server will be down from 6pm until midnightish for upgrades to
the storage system.  On reboot, EVERYONE will need to resubmit their account
requests as the server software will be started from scratch as well --
sorry for the hassle.

Microsoft Windows also has a built-in FTP client, though it is very basic
and not for the faint-of-heart.  You can access it by clicking Start,
choosing Run, then typing ftp.

Here is the connection information:
IP: 216.170.11.46
Port: 21  (default on most FTP clients)

Five download connections are open on the server at any given time; top
speed per user is capped at 750k u/d.

Anonymous access is no longer permitted.  To gain access, email me with the
username and password you wish to use, name and address.  I usually add
accounts within a day.
