Vinyl will always win at my house.  Except for boots of course in which case 
CDs are nearly always better.  Presence is such a great album on vinyl.  Nigel.

I hadn't given much thought to the sound quality of the remasterd disc but last 
night I put Presence on the ol' turntable and listened to ALS and in my opinion 
the remastered discs still don't touch the sound of the original vinyl.  
Technically speaking it doesn't hold water, but the mix just seems
so much more alive.  I usually don't even listen to the old lp's on good 
speakers since I just listen through my pc.  Am I alone in this opinion?  And 
yes I realize this is just an opinion.
