The backwards speech on The Wall is not backwards masking.  It's simply
a spoken piece played backwards, just like the last verse of The
Beatles' Rain.  You can hear the reverse speech while playing the record
correctly and it's not hidden to your ears.

Backwards masking, if it's possible, cannot be heard when playing a song
forward.  It can only be heard when playing the song backwards.  That's
the difference between The Wall speech and what is claimed for Stairway
To Heaven.
