Regarding this Bank Swift do a web search for "bank swift". I got 
this link:

I then registered and entered the swift code the guys gave in their 
email to
us...This is what I got:
Attention : this BIC has a limited access to S.W.I.F.T. services. 
Please
check with your financial institution or correspondent before using 
it.
 Attention : this BIC is not connected to the S.W.I.F.T. network and 
cannot
be used in the header of a S.W.I.F.T. message
1 ROMANIAN BANK FOR DEVELOPMENT  BUCHAREST    BRDEROBUXXX

So as you can see this arrangement is a little shady to say the 
least. From
what I can gather you go to you bank or an affiliate Swift connected 
bank
and via the swift network have the $$$ deposited into the account the
no-speak-good-English-Guys sent us via email...
I said it befor and I will say it again...I look forward to yhe 
header---I
got it/its great and its the real deal....
