Plextor Burner

Ok...I know this question was asked before but, I , of course, wasn't 
paying
attention because it wasn't relevant at the time...however...I just 
got a
new computer and am ready to purchase a new burner for it!!

Knowing (or hearing) that Plextor is the best...which model should I 
opt
for? The OS I will be running is Windows Me...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
