Chemistry- as musicians and as friends- as a band that relied on
improv.
skills they each had to be able to respect each other enough to
follow as
well as lead- on stage, in the studio, in the rehearsal room... have
to be
able to get along and really like what the other person contributes
or egos
will destroy even the most talented of ensembles... at least part of
the
answer???
