Hold on thar, Babalooey - Feel free to determine for yourself what
constitutes a waste of _your_ time but you don't get to be the 
arbiter of
all that is wasteful for everyone else.  As for "need" - well, nobody 
needs
anything except for food and shelter.  Everything else is just gravy. 
 You
spice your gravy your way, I'll spice my gravy my way, and everybody 
else
can spice their gravy their way - even if they spice it until it's 
wavy.
