Better yet, why the angry denial? Why can't some, if not all, of his
claims be the truth? Just because the four of them made music we all
enjoy, does that make them somehow not human? If you had money, drugs

Take the proverbial grain of salt, yes, but don't slough off and
ridicule the written observations of one man who was there, regardless
of how much you loathe having your heroes painted in a bad light. In 
the
end, Cole *was* there, and you *weren't*. In a court of law the onus 
is
on the plaintiff to prove his/her case, not the defendant.

Whether or not some of the more outrageous stories are fact or 
fiction,
there were no doubt a legion of badgeholders offering themselves up to
the boys. They may have done dirty things in the '70's, who gives a
shit, get over it. Maybe all that groupie sex is the muse that made
their music as great as it is. Fucked if I know, or care.
