Part two is Communicate.  All these issues, media
brand, mailer and padding, postage, these should be
done and agreed to by both people before anything is
sent.

When I branch of admin a tree, I'll mass mail my
branches or leaves all at once, listing the above
concerns, and ask for an email back with agreement.

Saves having to write out the same thing to each
person, and usually helps smooth trading.
