NTSC and PAL

Hi All

I have recieived tons of mail asking abot the differences in formats.

If you are in North America you need NTSC format, most of the rest of the
world uses PAL format.

If you have signed up to the wrong portion of the tree don't worry as
Buckeye has kindly resorted the signups based on geographic locations.
