I assume we're talking about the Sweden footage released on the "Early Days"
disc and not the compilation of 1969 footage (which can be viewed here:
http://www.led-zeppelin.com/sam/sam12.ram).

As far as people have been able to determine, the boys were actually
miming/lip-synching to the playback of the original studio version, so there
is no recording of what they were actually playing/singing.

This must have been the only occasion on which they ever "faked it"...
