BAD TRADER ALERT

I was notified by Mike Alves (mike.alves@xxxxxxxxxxxx) that he was ripped 
off on an 8 disc extended trade involving the Page/Crowes 7-10-00 VCD tree 
that I administered a while back. In addition, he says that the other 2 UK 
leaves involved with this same branch, Sean Kennedy 
(seankennedy@xxxxxxxxxxx) and (Paul Currie) paul.currie@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, 
were also ripped off for 2 discs each.

The branch involved is Jacek Raciborski (jack69@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) from Poland.

Mike says that Jacek told him that he sent the shows TWICE. Of course, Mike 
never recieved any discs, due to freak postal accidents BOTH TIMES. Right.

Of course, the usual... Jacek isn't answering Mike's emails now.

I know it's rather unusual for me to be reporting someone else's troubles 
as a bad trader alert... but since I am the administration for this tree, 
I'm rather pissed off that someone would screw up my tree like this. :|

I should have his mailing address in a bit for further warning not to trade 
with this person.

If you guys who got ripped off by Jacek (Mike, Sean, and Paul) are out 
there (I treed this both here and at The Black Crowes' message board, so I 
don't know if they're reading this here or at the Crowes' board), and wish 
to back Mike and myself up on this alert, please, feel free to do so. And 
I'm terribly sorry for setting you guys up with a mainland Europe branch. 
There was a shortage of UK branches, and the ones I did have to work with 
had set leaf limits as to how many they were willing to burn for. I did 
what I could to get the music out to ya.

And if anybody from the UK with the 7-10-00 VCD's would be so kind as to 
help these three out, that would be awesome of ya.

Jacek, if you're reading this, here's a deal: If I ever receive word that 
you've compensated all three of these gentlemen for their discs, I will 
publicly retract this bad trader alert and apologize profusely.
