Yes, but in order to get RA2WAV to work properly, you must register for $30.
Otherwise, a computerized voice talks over your WAV every ten seconds,
ruining it.  I believe there are cracks available for this program.  I don't
condone this by any means...but if I did, hypothetically, I would
hypothetically have trouble getting the crack to work and if anyone knows
how to help, they could hypothetically E-mail me privately.
