Burn RAM files? (LZC)

Sorry for the lack of Zeppelin content, but there are some really
knowledgeable people on this list and I thought I'd selfishly take advantage
of them.

Is there any way to get a streaming Real Audio file onto CDR?  I figure
there's got to be some way to get that .ram file in its entirety onto my
hard drive - then some way I can convert that .ram file to WAV for burning.
Maybe I'm deluding myself, I don't know.

Zep content:  The '69 tour cannot be considered the "best ever" because,
although the playing was brilliant, the original songs just weren't there
compared to the later tours.  The '71 Japan tour is the best ever.  Great
songs, great performances, great great great.
