Other tips:
1) Go to a ticket outlet that no one else frequents. In Mass, there are a 
few in Filene's, the department store. You will probably be the only one in 
line if you go there.
2) If you're into waiting, don't buy tickets until the week or week before a 
show. Even though Ticketmaster says shows are "sold out" you can get floor 
tickets because they release some back to the public. Check online to see if 
any tickets get released.
3) Call TM a half hour or so before the show actually goes on sale. Just 
bounce around within the system until the right time, then speak to an 
operator. You will end up listening to upcoming events about 100 times but 
its ok.
