Top 100 Greatest of Rock n' Roll

VH1 just got finished counting down their greatest artists of Rock n'Roll 
and to my surprise Zep was number 4 ! Ahead of Dylan and Elvis ! The Beatles 
beat out the Stones for best rock group and Hendrix was number 3. They also 
showed Robert Plant giving his toughts on a few of the other artists in the 
countdown..I forget who he was commenting on at the moment, I think it was 
Prince..or "The Artist" but i'm not sure. I do remember that he was wearing 
this awful purple scarf and his hair looked really frizzy...bad hair day I 
guess :) But the zep footage was all old generic stuff..they interviewed Heart 
for their thoughts on Zep, that made it all worthwhile...just to see how bizarre 
they look now..I idolized them and Bangles in my youth, but damnit, I could never 
get my hair to do that puffy, I look like I just frech-kissed a light socket thing.
But I digress.
Zep was # 4, now you don't have to sit through all 96 like I did :)  

My local radio stations are so pumped about this Page/Crows thing..i'm pissed 
because I don't have tickets. ;P Oh well, I guess I can still pay a ticket broker 
in blood or my first born son for a ticket..or I can just see them at Net Aid.....
Oh well, at least I know that John Paul won't be sold out ;)
