Absolutely right. Everyone tends to try and say what's against the charter, but 
nobody reads it. Here's the line about commercial posts:

Commercial posts: the offering for sale of small lots of Zeppelin- related 
merchandise between Members is allowed. Members with large lists of items 
for sale should (but are not required to) post a brief description of the items and 
request private responses. Posts from commercial entities that are not also 
Members are subject to moderation and/or filtering at the List Administrator's 
discretion. Members are encouraged (but not required) to take long lists of 
merchandise (for trade or sale) to private email.

And while I'm at it, the *latest* version of the charter is named "newcharter.htm" 
so change the file name. The rest of the url is cool.  One of these days I'l fix 
that:-)
