Either Jimmy or Percy once said that he'd rather go to Hell than to
Heaven, because the company must be much more interesting there. Don't
really know what that has to do with Machiavelli. Just making
conversation.

I don't think I'd risk placing NYC at the top of *anyone's* "most favoured
city" list.
