okay, got the weekend blues, so i pulled out the tape i bought down in
the Bahamas to listen to, called Socaju Music:  Soca Hits with a
Junkanoo Mix.  talk about a funky sound!  it's the BLUES!!!! but with
bongos, steel drums, trumpets, and whistles!   heh heh.....not to listen
to if you've been out late the night before, but otherwise, very
"rockin."  gives you a good idea what the boys were basing the "Carib
sound" on for ITTOD.
