i think he could do a very strong medley.  my suggestion (such as it is) would
include:  black dog, trampled underfoot, NQ, 4 sticks, and kashmir.

rere:  unledded-----i agree with you about kashmir.....the extra percussion
alone!  i must admit, i didn't care for NFBM...

ones, at that---the Zep catalog, as pure instrumentals, falls pretty
short insofar as not losing anything.  sure, there are some songs which
could stand on the music alone, but not nearly enough to "pad" a
concert---or which would really showcase the bassist or keyboardist.
(No Quarter is the obvious exception, but how many people---even
die-hard Jonesy fans---would sit still for an instrumental-only version
of NQ in concert?)

re:  UnLedded----i (partcularly) loved the remakes of Nobody's Fault But
Mine and Kashmir---never thought i'd approve of an orchestral version of
Zep, but Kashmir kicked major ass!
