Lewis knows just about everything there is to know about Zep. He writes in his
1983 book "Led Zeppelin: The Final Acclaim" that he had "followed the group's
every move from their early days and seen it all grow" and was "fortunate enough
to have established a professional relationship with them all." Thus he may have
attended the rehearsals, or perhaps had access to a tape of them.
At any rate, they had previously been documented in Paul Kendall's 1982 book "LZ:
A Visual Documentary":
"November 26: Rehearsals for the forthcoming North American tour . . . begin at
Liveware, a converted theatre in Ealing."
