I just picked up RealJukebox (http://www.real.com) which can convert cds 
pretty quickly and is a relatively quick download. If that isn't your style, 
I found another site (http://mp3software.simplenet.com/main.html) that has 
lots of other programs for this very purpose. Hope this was of some help.
