Re: Phillipines LZ II Vinyl Pressing

I picked up an interesting collectible this week. Philippines pressing of LZ
II on vinyl. The cover seems to be  poorly photocopied,the back being black
and white. If you look closely,it has been pasted over a Cleveland Orchestra
Cover,and the label itself is Green and Blue Atlantic label,which I have
never seen before.
Does anyone else have this L.P as described? Or is this a bit of an oddity?
I cannot find any reference to it.
