various ramblings

Greetings fellow FBOers-

All of us have fallen for a Billyhoax at one point or another and got
really pissed off and had everyone flame us saying "It's so obviously a
fake".... does anyone remember the story posted in March or April of 1996
about the true reason that Bonzo died and why it was covered up?  I'd been
on the list for about 2 years or so at that point (give or take a few
months) and I fell for it. There's no reason to be mad, if you can;t laugh
at something like that (especially the fact that you fell for it) then you
really do need to learn how to laugh at humor. 

This list seems to have picked up in quality jsut between the two false
rumors floating around the windstreams..... I am wondering if maybe we are
finally (after many months) on a good upward turn in quality?

What is this Physical Graffitti list on onelist? If you ask me, making
,multiple lists will do no good at solving any problems on any list
because they will just all eventually move to another. We have a trading
,list, I really don't see need for another Zep list, since when were we
in competition?

The fact is this- DG is dead, DG days are over. There is a completely
different crowd on here these days. And you know what? In another year it
will also be a completely different crowd. Things change. DG always had
it's lame moments (even before all it's probles in the summer of 97) and
it always had it's great moments. Granted, DG had a lot more great moments
in any given year of it's existeance then FBO has in it's life.... but hey
hey, what can you do? If everyone on this list wants a free list,
unmoderated, you are going to have to deal with the crap. But what one
person regards as crap, another might regard as great reading material. We
all have our different likes and dislikes when it comes to what we read. I
just noticed I find myself having a lot mroe interest in reading posts on
this list then I have since last summer..... and that's saying a lot.

More on the title of "In Through the Out Door"... does anyone have the
actual articles where these various quotes are from? You see, a friend of
mine who is a DJ at a local station is writing a book on how album titles
got their name, and asked me about this, and in order to be fair he will
need the scource.....

Sara Kraemer rocks. And Jessica Aspiras saved the jam.....and wihtout
Jessica I never would have ever met Sara Kraemer who like Jressica is a
goddess. And both have lived in Ohio..... how ironic. Goddesses of
Ohio......pretty cool....l..if you want to become a goddess... MOVE TO
OHIO!!!!!

ok, forgetting Ohio (Tin soldiers and Nixon's....nevermind) I just want to
say that you people have gotta be the coolest people in the world....
three days man! THree days....what we have here is breakfast in bed for
400,000, tie die on the highway, we must be in heaven man, there's a
hamburger guy who had his stand buerned down last night, yada yada yada
I'm having a flashback....morning maniac music, beleive me year....it's a
new dawn, give a hand to the guys.... and Nicky Hopkins (Mickey mouse?)

By a show of hands, if presented with an oppertunity to screw Robert,
Jimmy, Jonesey, or Bonzo, who would you pick? Guys included.....just to
prove Ana's theory, as well as McCues....
