1. In the Onion article about bumpestickers, the
umlaut over the "O" in Oyster was a nice touch. Lent
the whole thing a discernible air of authenticity.

2. Am I the only one who got a special feeling from
reading about Debbie and her friends being roused from
sleep - clad in their nighties - by the cops?

3. Grant's ZepFest was a snooze? What a shocker. And
Jeremy "Alfalfa" Mixer's "soul" was one of the
highlights? In the words of Kurtz: "the horror...the
horror..." By the way, I don't know about any of you,
but I was extremely touched by Jeremy's public
declaration of love and affection for his friend
Jessica.

4. Eric Bonatti kicks ass on drums and it's no
surprise to hear he stole the show. I bet no one else
at the jam was even in his class.

5. Good to have Ed Zeppelin back. 

6. Belated thanks to whomever translated the article
about Percy traveling around China with Logan and a
friend. Very interesting chap, our man Percy.

7. If you want to hear some Bonzo-like playing from
Dave Mattacks, check out "Peter Pumpkinhead" on XTC's
Nonsuch album.

8. I wonder if Robert will make a poignant speech
prior to "Battle of Evermore" at the upcoming Taj
Mahal gig?

9. Bono is the most hated man in Ireland.

10. I'm currently blocking over 60 e-mail addresses!
