Kashmir date?

OK now that we are all drooling in anticipation, if we cant get an exact
date, how about at least the month they are planning on doing this benefit?
I'm assuming this is going to happen this summer? And does anyone have any
background info on the war in Kashmir right now? I thought I saw in the
paper yesterday that India is bombing the hell out of Kashmir, as is
Pakistan. If this is the case why would India agree to have this concert in
Delhi? Unless of course they want peace in the region...Anyone?
