Government email addresses do not end in .com, it is very
unlikely that the CIA would threaten you via an email... Check 
out http://www.odci.gov/cia/ciahome.html for public information
available on the CIA.  Yes, it is easy to spoof the email server and
make your mail appear to come from a bogus address.
