Walking into Cleveland

I will be going to Cleveland, and was curious about the following things:

1.  Bootleg-containing stores, or any used music stores with big vinyl
collections.
2.  Used book stores, or any good book stores
3.  Nice mid range cost restaurants
4.  A few good expensive restaurants, my birthday will occur while I am there
and my parents want to tkae me to a nice place.
5.  Anything neat besides the R&R Hall of Fame?
6.  Junk stores, antique stores

Glad to see the tour dates posted, I request that whenever someone finds out
when tickets go on sale for any of these shows, please post the dates to help
everyone out.
