I personally think that the music may be irrelevent to what is being said,
with all due respect to Shar....listen to Robert's imprtession of an
American speaking on the Legends special when he is talking about "D'yer
Mak'er" and he says:

"...all the Americans are saying (in American accent) 'I really like Dyer
Maker'"

Personally, I think that this is the same voice that says "Where's that
Confounded Bridge?"
