Adam,
Good one on the lyrics..........
Garth: "Zeppelin didn't write songs everyone knew the words to.....they =
left that to the Bee Gees"

Why is it that the lyrics of some of the songs are questionable? Isn't
there some official thing published by SuperHype or something? Is
Stairway the only offical lyrics we have?
speaking of lyrics, these will make you laugh...
misheard lyrics from Gavin Edwards -Scuse me will I kiss this guy....
wrong lyric
song title
right lyric
You need Kool-Aid, baby I'm not foolin'
Whole Lotta Love
You need coolin' baby I'm not foolin'
And there's a wino down the road/I Should have stolen Oreos
Stairway to Heaven
And as we wind on down the road/Our shodows taller than our souls
Hey hey babe, when you walk that way/Got a hunting trip, can't keep away
Black Dog
...watch honey drip, can't keep away
There's a feeling I get when I look at my waist
Stairway to Heaven
There's a feeling I get when I look to the west
With a purple operator and a fifty-cent hair
Living Loving Maid (She's Just a Woman)
With a purple umbrella and a fifty-cent hat
Olive, my love
All My Love
All of my love
Sometimes I mishear lyrics, but never that bad?! If so, we'd be hearing
songs about Kool-Aid, using the five-finger discount on a pack of Oreos,
some guy who's out with his 12 gauge hunting, some arrogant, or better
yet, pompous fool who stairs at his waste [RP maybe?!], a purple operator
that wears a $.50 hairpiece, and Popeye's chick Olive.
toot-a-loo!

The power of speech is intended to express what is advantageous and what
harmful, what is just and unjust. It is precisely in this that man
differs from other animals: he alone has any notion of good and evil, of
justice and injustice. - Aristotle "Politics" -
