This is definitely the most promising review of the new album that
I've read so far...:

My Interpretation:
1) This album probably wasn't written to please all of the critics and
the general population...it was likely written to satisfy the artist's
creative ideas...which usually results in a f*cking great album (ie, Led
Zep III).
2) This isn't some trashy "for the money" effort. Some of my all-time
favorite albums started out as being some of my all-time least favorite
albums (ie, "Everybody Knows this is Nowhere", by Neil Young).
- -Haven't heard it yet, but the anticipation is building...
