Thanks for the information about the RIAA, that's something that I didnt
know.
However, I doubt that PG would have advanced one million orders simply
because it was a double album. I think that given the fact that double
albums were kinda rare at the time, most record stores were not sure how
well it would sale.
On the other hand, I feel that the reason for Presence's platinum advance
was largely due to the tremendous sales of Physical Graffiti. The record
stores, by this time,knew they could'nt lose with Zep.
