I just have one possible correction.

I'm pretty sure that it's



"The apples of the valley hold the SEEDS of happiness"



I think it is seeds and not seas because it just makes more sense.

The next line talks about how "the ground is rich from tender care"



What do apples hold?  Seeds.

Where do you plant the seeds?  Rich ground.
