Birthday Poem (nzc)

good evening FBO.. It's been a while since I've posted.. and seeing lately
that a great deal of the posts are nothing but opinion and "me too" posts and
a great deal of almost off topic hijinks I figured I'd toss in a little
mindless drivel to help fill the digests.. I've been on this and the old list
for over a year now and have never had the pleasure of being flamed or making
it to any "deathlists".. So here's my contribution to the "birthday card"
project.. submitted for FBO approval..

 Through the deep blue summer evenings.. the sense of wonderment settles in.. 
 In the distance the sounds of wandering minstrels fill the mind.. wrap around
the soul.. They come from far away lands.. from exotic dreamscapes.. places
filled with neon dragonflies.. technicolor clouds.. and paths paved with
golden butterfly wings.. They come shrouded in mystery and offer their secrets
for all to behold.. Their sweet electric symphony flows across the masses and
pierces every heart.. Some we know from days past.. the all powerful wisdom..
commonly shared by all who know..  Some are new to our eyes.. to our ears..
and leave us secure in knowing that the wisdom is the same.. yet ever
growing.. ever changing.. Many respond to the call of the mighty sounds of
these wandering prophets..still others are shown to the light by those already
within the circle.. and the experience is passed on to the children of those
who already know.. The message is clear to all who are fortunate enough to
hear it.. and the message is heartfelt and given as the greatest gift to all
those who seek it.. the message is.. happiness..
