(Fwd) Recording Speeds; HELP!

Hello Fellow BH's,


Would anyone be kind enough to give me some guidance on the ease of speeding 
up/slowing down recordings from tape or CD sources. I have a couple 
of shows I'd like to adjust but I don't have the necessary 'know 
how'.
