NYC Hotel Info?

Any Badgeholders stay or recommend the following Hotels in NYC?
1) Hotel Pennsylvania @ 401 Seventh Ave
2) Cosmopolitan Hotel @ 95 W Broadway
3) Arlington Hotel @ 18 W 25th St.
The Arlington lists parking as being free. Since when do you get parking in
NYC for free?
Any help from a fellow badgeholder would be great!
