While I was standing there talking with Robert Godwin, a guy came up and
asked if the new addition was on CD-ROM.  Robert said no, the previous
CD-ROM had been bootlegged so much that nobody was buying the real
thing.  Ironic isn't it?

With no disrespect intended, it seems to me that there's a lot of "Not
available at Press Time" labels in the updated book.  It seems that
maybe he should have held off a little longer before publishing.
However, the amount information is incredible and I wouldn't think twice
about purchasing this book.
