Aaron,

Sorry you had to go through something like this, but in the 2 years that I've
been with DG & FBO, I have seen some branches on the Zep trees want the same
thing & even treat people like crap.

I'm not saying this happens a lot & don't wish to offend anyone, but it does
happen & it is unfortunate.
