Just to add my two cents, I tend to agree with you, except in the case of 
III.  My vote for III is to put it as the only (and definitive III).  The 
album starts out cold with the Immigrant Song, from there, I see it 
warming up.  Especially with That's The Way, and B-Y-A Stomp, which have 
that warm fuzzy sort of feeling.

That's my vote!
