This reminds me... I was skimming the book at a local bookstore the other
day, and I noticed that it mentioned the time that Steven Tyler's
pre-Aerosmith group opened for the Yardbirds.  The listed date was
10/22/66.  However, other sources say that Tyler's band opened for the
Yardbirds in May 1968 (including the infamous Anderson Theater show).
Does anyone know which date is correct?

BTW, Tyler says that the venue for the 10/22/66 show was Staples High
School in Westport, CT-- just imagine being able to get The Yardbirds to
play your *high school*!
