Oh, what a lovely scene this one brings to mind!

Grant is indicted and goes to Court for trading LZ and
P/P tapes.  The Prosecuting Attorney_thinks_he has
our Mr. Burgess nailed to the wall but the Burgess
Defense Team has an ace up their sleeve...  

They have subpoenaed Jimmy and Robert!

Defense Attorney:
'Mr. Page.  Do you have any objections to your fans
trading bootleg tapes of your shows?'

Jimmy:
' El no!  If it weren't for our fans trading all those tapes,
Robert and I wouldn't 'ave the opportunity to be touring
this year.  But if I ever meet that sodder who writes those
Countdowns...  I'm gonta bash him aside the head with
my Gibson!' 

Judge:
Mr. Page, this Court is a smoke-free area.  You're 
going to have to put that cigarette out.'
