Montreal 6/7/72 - new source found?

Today I had someone contact me (through my web page, apparently) wanting
to make a trade for one of my shows (Manchester '71). In return, this
person offered a 1st gen copy from the *master* of the Montreal Forum show,
June 7, 1972. The person's father (supposedly) taped the show. What I'm
trying to figure out is where this is actually coming from. A brand new
source? I seriously doubt it.
Rey seems to be not 100% sure that the show he reviews as this date
actually comes from it:
"Although there is no mention of this location by Plant, the lack of the
'deep drone' intro would seem to indicate a very early North American 1972
tour date." Rey also notes that the tape he reviews is probably made of two
audience recordings combined, and includes most of the performance, listed
at 120 minutes. My "contactee" lists the show at approximately 110 minutes.
The set list matches Rey's, including the cut WLL.
However, "Immigrant Song and the beginning of Heartbreaker were
accidentally erased years ago from the more complete reel so I take those
two songs from the less complete reel (one generation more, still good
quality)." (exactly as it was explained to me)
If this was in fact taped by the person's father, then we can pinpoint
Rey's uncertainty about this show. Has there been a release of this since
Red Snapper Deluxe? This tape I am trading for was described as sounding
very clear (like Rey's), and much better than Red Snapper. I'm not being
paranoid or untrusting here, it just blows my mind that a first gen from
master tape would fall into my lap like this! :-) I'm certainly not
anything remotely close to an "inner circle" tape trader by any means. If
anyone can shed some light for me, it would be much appreciated.
I get by with a little help,
