Not necessarily. In Hendrix's version of the song,
there's a guitar part that's similar to the WLL riff; it's after the
ascending riff that Hendrix periodically plays towards the end of the
song. It's not a major part of the song, but it is reminiscent of the WLL
riff.
This isn't the same as saying that Page ripped off Hendrix's version of
the song; he could have, but the influence could also have been
unconscious. And it's also possible that the riff is one that's been
around for years and that both Hendrix and Page "borrowed" it.
