Re:Assume the positon...

There is most likely no way that it can proved one way or the other. With
all of the disks that AOL circulates with free hours, you can just about
put any name on them that you wish and as long as you have a credit card
or a checking acount, you can get an AOL account. If someone wanted to
play a prank on this list, all they would have to do is say that they were
setting up an account for their 12-year-old and wanted it on their card.
Not the hardest thing in the world to do.

Then on the other hand, I wasn't the smartest person at 12, who here was?
Some of us still aren't. ;) If it is just a couple of people that got out
of hand, then that is what the charter was created to control. It's
guidelines should be followed. Also, even though it is annoying, how hard
it it to hit the delete or page down key?

If someone is trying to show that a unmoderated list isn't feasable, then
haveing someone do this kind of thing is just the kind of test that our
charter needs to show that we _can_ make this thing happen.

P.S. As I was writing this, I heard about one of the apologies. This is
an example that shows nay-sayers how our charter can work!
