So then we "vote" on whether people want to change it. Yes or no. It's

simple. I would offer to tally the votes, but some folks may think I
have a special

The question could be: Do you support a re-vote of our list name? Yes or
No.
If the answer is "no" the whole thing is finished. [Save if we decide to
add a comment in the welcome message stating that we are not associated

Yes, and so sympathetic that there was *talk* that Chris Bucchere would
just
name the list himself. [I don't recall Bucchere's opinion on this.] I
disagree.

Wouldn't a comment in the welcome message fix all this? The majority
knew all along about the O'Toole connection and voted it in anyway...

PS. I'm sure this will be further hashed out on "eskimo." If you have
any interest at ALL please participate. I'd hate for the majority on
Eskimo to decide something, present it to the main list and have
yowlings
occur. I guess I'm trying to nicely say, "put up or shut up" :)
