I agree with Michael that "Born Again" with Ian Gillian was a decent album,
but may I add that "Dehumanizer" with the Iommi, Geezer and RONNIE JAMES DIO
reuniting again in the early 90s, is also a pretty good record.  

But then again, I'm biased when it comes to anything DIO does.  The Evil Elf
is right up there near Jimmy Page in my personal pantheon of Rock Gods.  ;-)
