Actually, the correct date and city is Cleveland 10/17/88. I can't 
remember if it was a public debate on DG ir not, but the date was 
somewhat more conclusive than what Godwin says, as it was proven that 
Page was in Detroit on the 22nd of October. I beleieve that the 
reasoning is that the show was originally broadcast on the 22nd, but 
not live, hence the confusion.
